Shrink Management as a Service (SMaaS) Ideas Portal

Create a method for user to easily (no more than one-click; e.g. two check boxes that can one or both be selected) include / exclude 'After Hours' alarm data.

Initial add'l requirements:

1. Default should include 'Open Hours' alarm data only to match dashboards (especially helpful for new users to have this as Default)
2. Should be easy for user to include/exclude any combination of After-Hours / Open Hours / All Hours
