Dinesh was suggesting that we add a product-capability to remove/correct the hierarchy details, thus such as below requests can be taken up by RDCs themseleves without Engineering help?
I was thinking, we should have a reporting feature in SMAA for RDCs to check, which will consolidate details under various SMAAS-modules(USER CREATION, DASHBOARD, ALARMS etc.,). Accordingly, any module data needs any correction can be done thru reports…which will effect immediately. This provision should be only to RDCs?
Can you please think on these lines create a new requirement? This reduces for us to remove the unwanted from backend etc.,

For RDC I would like to assign people that have the possibility to change this. Not all RDC Managers should be able to do this, maybe we need an additional account like "RDC Manager lead"
We didn't get a chance to review this User Story during the backlog meeting yesterday, let's discuss in more detail during our next call!
