Provide Ability to Run a basic System Health Summary Report

Ability for RDC Mgr. run report on zero counters/sub-types alert & no-data received (could assciate other fields like how/when closed issue, if manually closed then incl. notes on reason why by RDC, etc.) with time stamps by line item record over different periods of time.

  • Useful for RDC when performing account / store analysis during issue investigation
  • Ensure output can be easily communicated to & understood by the customer (need to decide how output is represented - i.e. what is output include? Is it a summary or details?
